And what lights me up is helping Chicas to intentionally manifest a life that loves them back. 

I was born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico, and early on I started to walk the path that was laid out for me. After University, I continued checking the boxes by pouring myself into a successful 20+ year corporate career, where I got to work with some of the most iconic food brands in the world. My career took me to live in Germany, the United States, the United Kingdom, and ultimately to Canada, where I now live.

However, I felt like I was trying to unsuccessfully chase happiness, and I was tired. In 2006 I decided to explore what else was possible for me and my life, and it was then that I turned to therapy and spirituality for help. This exploration eventually took me to become a Certified Coach (Transformational Arts College and Erickson International), a Somatic Experience Practitioner (in training), a Reiki Practitioner, and a Certified Angel Card Reader.

And I felt more alive that I had ever felt. 

I now help English and Spanish speaking Chicas through my social media, my alignment sessions, my 1:1 sessions, my speaking, and my writing. 

In 2021, my book “Chica, Why Not?” was published by Hay House and is now a best selling book.  In 2022 "Chica, Why Not?" won the International Latino Book Award for Best Spiritual/New Age book.
